In this video, the methodology for solving problems in networks is addressed. It is highlighted that not all problems are solved in the same way, especially when working on known versus new networks. The process starts by identifying the problem, such as a user who can't access the internet. From there, a theory is established about the cause, raising questions about network connectivity and configuration. Once the possible cause has been identified, tests are carried out to validate the theory. If it is determined that the problem is, for example, a failure in the translation of addresses, a plan is drawn up to solve it, following change control procedures in the organization. Finally, the solution is implemented, its effectiveness is verified and the entire process is documented for future reference, facilitating the resolution of subsequent problems. In the next video, the first stage: identifying the problem will be explored in detail.
